“WARNING: Don’t let anyone interrupt you from reading the following words.
Why? Because it could cost you thousands of dollars. So lock the door … take the phone off the hook … basically “block out the world” -
because what you’re about to discover is revolutionary and has the potential to change your life forever.”

Why?

CHECK IT OUT

What if I could PROVE to you that BlackJack is the *only* casino game that can be played for a living because…

In BlackJack you can truly beat the house…

Unlike Craps, Roulette, Slots, Baccarat, or any of the other popular casino games, BlackJack is based on what is known as “Dependent Trials”. This means that the result or outcome of any given hand depends on what cards are still remaining in the deck.

On the other hand, Craps, Roulette, Slots, Baccarat, etc., are game of chance based on “Independent Trials”. This means that every time you roll the dice, spin the roulette wheel, or pull the slot handle, the chances of any particular number (or combination of numbers), coming up is always the same. The previous spin, roll or pull has no influence on what the next outcome will be – in these games Casino always wins in the long-run.

You don’t have to be a mathematician to win money at BlackJack…

Some say that you don’t need count, other say that you need to count. The truth is that if you want to win, you need to count …

But don’t worry, if you can add 1 and subtract 2, you already know how to count – I promise you. And with my well-kept secret you will be certain that the casino can’t catch you, while you are “virtually” stealing their money – legally.

You can easily win from $1,000 up to $2,000 a day…

Why $2,000 and not $10,000? Because you have to keep a low profile, if you want to do this for a living. The greed is your main enemy. But don’t worry. If you think $2,000/day is reasonable, I’ll tell you exactly how to hide in a way that you couldn’t be spotted – even by your own mother.

Now, if I can show you this … and more … would you be interested ?

CHECK IT OUT

By Susan Harris Monday, 7 February 2011 11:33

Sportsbook software services have been very excited when they found out that a brand new casino that will open next year, and will be located in Cleveland’s historic Higbee Building, is being expected to bring in from 1500 to 1600 jobs, according to casino developers and city officials.

And those only happen to be the inside jobs, as opportunities involving construction work will also be widely available as the casino is being built, and sportsbook software services believe that it could seriously bring a boost to the area’s economy.

The casino’s new general manager, Marcus Glover, said, “The majority of people hired for the casino, 90 to 95 percent of them, will be from the Cleveland area.”

According to sportsbook software sources, Glover mentioned that during the months ahead, he has planned on holding job fairs and dealer training schools for all candidates who are interested.

The Higbee location is a temporary casino, according to Benzinga, and the site which will be permanent will be expected to be opening in 2013. The Higbee site is considered to be the operation’s first phase.

When in operation, the casino will be housing approximately 2,000 slot machines, a poker room with 25 to 30 tables, 50 to 60 gaming tables, a 400-seat buffet-style restaurant, and two bars, and many people involved in betting software can’t wait to hit the tables and enjoy everything else that will be offered there.

Dan Gilbert, Cleveland Cavaliers majority owner, is heading the development firm that oversees the Higbee casino’s construction, which is part of the Horseshoe brand.

According to what has been mentioned in the Plain Dealer, local leaders asked the developers to consider the opening of a Phase 1 casino in a location similar to the Higbee building, due to the fact that the larger gambling operation, which has been set to be built close by, on 16 acres between the Cuyahoga River and Huron Road, will not be opening until 2013, at the least.

Many people hope that this casino will bring more life to the area, and are looking forward to some serious gambling action.

Artists’ rendering, taken from a video, of the Huron Road entrance to the casino proposed by Rock Ventures for an area behind Tower City in Cleveland.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — As blueprints begin to take form for Ohio’s casinos, state lawmakers say they may not have licensing rules in place by the March 10 deadline.
Casino operators are proceeding with plans and say they aren’t concerned about the delays. Five months after lawmakers passed a bill establishing the Ohio Casino Control Commission there has been little action on the issue at the legislative tables in Columbus.

New Ohio Gov. John Kasich has yet to appoint his picks to the commission which will establish the rules. Outgoing Gov. Ted Strickland appointed seven members, but they were rejected by Senate Republicans. State lawmakers now say the March deadline needs to be pushed back.

Rules the commission needs to establish concern how the casinos operate, including record-keeping requirements, conditions under which a casino license can be suspended, standards for security and surveillance as well as auditing standards for casino accounts.

State Sen. Keith Faber, a Celina lawmaker who lead work for the Republican-dominated Senate on the bill that established the commission, said he views the deadline as “more like a guideline.”

“It’s more important to do it right than do it quickly,” Faber said. “We still have time for the new commissioners to be named and get things going, but a March deadline is probably going to be a little quick.” He suggested that language pushing back the date will likely be passed soon.

Meanwhile, Kasich spokesman Rob Nichols said appointments to the casino commission are “imminent.”

Rock Ohio Caesars–which will operate casinos in Cleveland and Cincinnati–said the dallying by lawmakers isn’t interfering with their plans to have casinos operating in 2012. They have just rolled out plans to operate a casino in the historic Higbee Building on Cleveland’s Public Square and recently had a ground-breaking for the Cincinnati casino.

“We keep moving forward. We know it’s an important issue and it’s on our radar,” said Jennifer Kulczycki, a spokeswoman for Rock Gaming referring to work needed to be done by the casino commission.

A key issue still in the mix is whether the state Commercial Activities Tax should be paid by casinos after they pay the winners from slot machines and table games or before they do so.

Casino operators have made the argument that the CAT should be paid on net receipts while the state tax department has informally suggested that it would be paid on gross receipts–which would mean before winners are paid out.

Faber, an attorney, said the CAT tax applies to gross receipts but that casino operators will try to lobby lawmakers for an exemption to the law.

“We are certainly willing to discuss the issue, but I wouldn’t say we are predisposed to any outcome,” he said.

Ohio horse tracks have an exemption for parimutuel betting that allows them to pay tax only on net receipts. However, pay outs come from a pool bet by gamblers, which is not the case at casinos.

Bob Tenenbaum, a spokesman for Penn National Gaming, who will operate a pair of casinos in Columbus and Toledo, said he knew of no discussions between Penn officials and lawmakers concerning the CAT issue.

State Tax Department spokesman Gary Gudmundson said state tax officials aren’t likely to take a formal position on the issue until casino operators filed their 2012 tax returns.

The company relies on in-house training. CLEVELAND, Ohio — The new Horseshoe Cleveland Casino is looking for employees with great personalities - a trait that can’t be taught, the general manager says.
“We want people with great attitudes who want to come in and deliver a great guest experience and customer service,” manager Marcus Glover said.

While at least one for-profit school has opened to train card dealers and Cuyahoga Community College may offer programs to train casino workers, Glover said his company primarily relies on in-house training for its employees.

“If you don’t go through formal training programs it will not exclude you from opportunities in the casino,” he said. We want people with great attitudes who want to come in and deliver a great guest experience and customer service.”

Glover said he would not discourage or encourage people to take courses in gaming or hospitality management before hiring begins later this year. And he plans to meet with Tri-C President Jerry Sue Thornton to discuss educational partnerships.

He said he could not comment on the Ohio School of Casino Dealers, which opened three months ago in Warrensville Heights, because he is not familiar with it. The school charges about $1,200 per course in table games including blackjack and poker.

“If someone returns to Cleveland who has worked in Las Vegas and has the technical skills, it will help you,” Glover said. “If not, we will train you internally on how to deal cards.”

The Horseshoe Cleveland Casino will employ about 1,600 when it opens early next year in the former Higbee department store. It is the first phase of a larger downtown casino project that will ultimately see a $600 million, 16-acre casino complex on nearby Huron Road.

The Higbee’s casino will have 2,100 slot machines, 65 gaming tables, 25 poker tables in a “World Series of Poker” room, two bars and a 400-seat buffet-style restaurant.

Glover said the two or three large hiring events will be held throughout the city later this year. Those seeking jobs should check the casino’s website, for information.

David Stevenson of Cleveland said he is eager to apply for a job and his skills as a flight attendant will transfer to a casino.

“I’d like a job as a floor manager or in hospitality where you take care of regular customers,” he said.

Stevenson, 50, said he lost his job with USA 3000 two years ago when he chose not to relocate to Florida.

“I want to be a part of the casino because I love Cleveland want to see the city succeed,” he said. “I am ready to train to do any kind of work where they need me.”

A casino offers numerous jobs in management, financial, gaming operations, food and beverage and information technology.

In a recent interview Thornton said Tri-C would propose offering technical, training and hospitality courses tied to casino jobs. The college’s Hospitality Management Center recently opened on Public Square across the street from the Higbee’s building.

Community colleges in Pennsylvania, which allowed table games in casinos in 2010, offer casino-related courses including dealer training and casino gaming machine repair technology.

Universities near casinos offer management programs. The University of Nevada Las Vegas’ International Gaming Institute is a non-profit academic and research facility for professionals in the gaming industry. Tulane University in New Orleans offers a Casino Resort Studies Program.

Jill Vangen, co-owner of the dealer school in Warrensville Heights, said she plans to meet with Horseshoe Cleveland officials to make sure graduates qualify for jobs.

About 50 men and women have signed up for courses, which take about 120 hours at a schedule set by the student, she said.

To reach this Plain Dealer reporter: kfarkas@plaind.com, 216-999-5079

Dayton — the expected announcement today by Penn National gaming that she plans to build the city racetrack in Dayton is this mchshla for the Lebanon Raceway operators who tried for months must pass the reins to Montgomery County.

If built, the facility will be back on Dayton City in Ohio was the first new Racecourse since 1959, according to John Izzo, Deputy State Racing Commission.

Penn national is offering the Committee today to move near Beulah Park operations at Ford Wagner Columbus and Dayton, Needmore Road about 1 km east of 75 international lines.

Penn also has announced a plan to wed in Toledo Youngstown Park Raceway.

Co-operator Lebanon Raceway ????? John said he believes the license transfer from city racetrack of Beulah Park of Penn to Dayton violates the code has been revised and Ohio. Family of Carlo, along with the owner of the Miami Valley, Lebanon Raceway run quickly through the sublease with Warren County Fair Board.

“This new track code Ohio that can’t be corrected within 50 miles of an existing facility, so we’ll see what you mean by the Committee,” said Carlo. “Besides, like everybody else, I want to see what is by the program.”

Dayton’s proposed national site is less than 40 miles away from Lebanon.

Izzo said Carlo is confused and said there is nothing to prevent the baork of the city and on the racetrack.

Lebanon has been trying to get racing operators in operations to Montgomery County, visited with and Austin Interchange site moraine.

The Group also looked at the site of Delphi, Penn national has settled on.

Indiana metals Ltd. to acquire the property in Chicago last summer of Delphi, 2.1 million, still registered as the owner of the property, according to the website of the vzomn province of Montgomery.

Lebanon Raceway program must pass, just like Penn national, hinged on being allowed to install video slots.

.Gov. ex-Ted strikland, Democrat, proposed setting up of machines at racetracks of the Ohio legislature approved 2009 and received. He said at the time slots, then wave 933 million, but a legal challenge by a group called LetOhioVote successfully loaded to the Supreme Court of Ohio can be put the issue before that.

In November 2009, confirmed that select that Casino now developed in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo. Penn run casino operations in Columbus, Toledo.

But legal challenge related to slot of strikland will remain unanswered. John Kasich, .gov. a member of the Republican party, said in November that he wanted to learn video slots at racetracks. “The Governor is still talking with people, information gathering,” speaks of Kasich Nicholas most said Wednesday. “He wants to look at how (video slots) intertwine with the casinos.”

Penn National operates casinos, racetracks, seven and six off-track wagering. He works in Hollywood Casino Lawrenceburg, Ind., now the closest Casino to Dayton.

Veteran gambling industry executive Kevin Kline will be named general manager for Cincinnati?s future casino complex. He will play a significant role in the development of the $400 million project, then assume oversight of day-to-day operations once it opens in late 2012.

The appointment was confirmed by developer Rock Gaming and Caesars Entertainment on Thursday evening.

Get business news anywhere you are: • On Twitter.
• In your email.
• Headlines on your mobile device.
• Text alerts sent to your phone.

Kline, 42, is coming to Cincinnati from suburban Chicago, where he was the second-in-command of the Horseshoe Casino Hammond, the most lucrative casino in the $2 billion Chicago metropolitan market, which reaches into Indiana.

Word of the appointment comes as Rock Gaming and Caesars announced that the Cincinnati casino?s sister property would become the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland.

Officials with both companies refused to release the brand planned for Broadway Commons.

As the assistant general manager in Hammond, Kline was heavily involved in major upgrades to the casino. Before his tenure there, he also helped run a Harrah?s ? also a possible concept for Cincinnati. From 2002 to 2005, Kline helped turn around the troubled Harrah?s casino in New Orleans as its director of marketing.

Rock Gaming and Caesars Entertainment will be here Friday for a groundbreaking ceremony at Broadway and Court streets. The brand announcement in Cleveland prompted some analysts to speculate the local casino will acquire the same name.

Mark Nichols, an economist with the University of Nevada at Reno, said branding both Rock Gaming casinos as Horseshoe casinos would make sense. He said it would make the casino easier to market, as well as establish a strong presence to counter Penn National Gaming Inc.?s future casinos.

Those casinos will be branded as Hollywood casinos, the same as the region?s dominant casino in Lawrenceburg.

Caesars has several branded casino concepts, but in markets outside Las Vegas and Atlantic City has emphasized the Horseshoe and Harrah?s brands for its regional casinos. Harrah?s is marketed as more of an overall gambling, dining and entertainment concept. The Horseshoe concept is considered a little higher-end and marketed toward more serious gamblers, with higher betting limits.
